This is a great video and gives you a good feeling for how the hand piece and laser operates. The noise in the background may be the smoke evacuator and you can see how he chose a larger spot size. You have a lot of flexibility with this hand peice in how you change the spot size . This allows you to quickly change for areas like the eyelids or around the mouth.
