Traditional Co2 Laser Resurfacing
Video Demonstration of co2 laser resurfacing in the operating room. You can see that the patient was administered anesthesia. This requires more than topical anesthesia because of how deep the laser penetrates and resurfaces. Here are a couple great before and after photos to show you how aggressive this treatment is and how great the results are.
You have to remember that the downtime associated with this treatment is much more than any other laser treatment. You have to be prepared for 4-6 weeks of major recovery followed by another 4-6 weeks of moderate recovery.
With this procedure there are also much greater risks of side effects.
