I recently received Fractional C02 with the SmartXide Dot and Ellipse Juvia C02 Devices with Dr. David Harvey at Associates in Dermatology and Aesthetic Surgery in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida and after previously being treated with the fraxel laser, I have to say that I was quite pleased with the pain level. My expectations were higher than maybe that of someone who has never received fraxel but even still the pain level was very manageable. I am currently 4 days post op and can already see an improvement in my pore size and acne scars. I understand that it will continue to improve as the collagen rebuilds so I am very excited about seeing the final results. I will keep you posted on my results and post some before and after pics eventually, let me know if you have any similar experiences.

This calms some of my fears about the fractional C02, i likewise have had Fraxel and was worried about the pain level. Thanks for letting us know.
The fractional Laser seems like a great device, are they doing this procedure all over the country, is it FDA approved?
Please let me know if someone can recommend a dermatologist for the fractional C02 laser in New York. Who is the best?
